The Colonial Corner House is designed to fit snugly against the other Colonial Houses. It can house a family of five in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials.




Colonial Houses have several variations; use the “F” key to choose the type of brick/stone you want to use.


  • Family Size: 5

  • Building Size: 4 by 4

  • Construction Requirements: 50 stone, 1 building supplies, 1 homeware, and 60 work

  • Storage: 1200

  • Fuel Rating: 95

The Colonial Corner House can be upgraded to a Seamstress shop if desired. The family living in the house will be made homeless by this upgrade.


  • To upgrade to Seamstress you need: 25 stone, 21 lumber, 30 work.
