It requires some advanced building materials. Colonial Houses have several variations; use the “F” key to choose the type of brick/stone you want to use. Family Size: 5 Building Size: 4 by 4 Construction Requirements: 50 stone, 1 building supplies, 1 homeware, and 60 work Storage: 1200 Fuel Rating: 95 The Colonial Corner House can be upgraded to a Seamstress shop if desired.
