The Colonial Townhouse is a three-story row house designed to fit next to the other Colonial homes although it is taller.  It can house a family of five in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials.

A Colonial Townhouse can be upgraded to a Tap House (tavern) if desired. The family living in the house will be made homeless by this upgrade.
