Colonial Townhouse - estherhb - 12-16-2016 The Colonial Townhouse is a three-story row house designed to fit next to the other Colonial homes although it is taller.  It can house a family of five in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials. There are 3 variations; use the “F” key to select the brick/stone look you want to use. Family Size: 5 Building Size: 3 by 5 Construction Requirements: 65 Stone, 1 Building Supply, 1 Homeware and 70 Work Storage: 1200 Fuel Rating: 105 A Colonial Townhouse can be upgraded to a Tap House (tavern) if desired.
