The Colonial Homestead is designed to fit with the other Colonial houses but looks just as attractive built by itself.  It can house a family of six in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials.




There are several variations of Colonial homes; use the “F” key to select the brick/stone look you want to use.

It can be upgraded into a Bed & Breakfast (boarding house) if desired. The family living in the house will be made homeless by this upgrade.
