Colonial Homestead - estherhb - 12-16-2016 The Colonial Homestead is designed to fit with the other Colonial houses but looks just as attractive built by itself.  It can house a family of six in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials. There are several variations of Colonial homes; use the “F” key to select the brick/stone look you want to use. Family Size: 6 Building Size: 5 by 5 Construction Requirements: 65 Stone, 2 Building Supplies and 2 Fancy Homewares, plus 70 work Storage: 1400 Fuel Rating: 95 It can be upgraded into a Bed & Breakfast (boarding house) if desired.
