mega mod wont work

i have installed the mega mod and enabled it but it wont work

Did you download the .rar file and extract the 3 .pkm files and put those in your Banished > WinData folder?  Did you enter the game, check all 3 mods, making sure they are in order with #1 on top? Then did you exit Banished completely before going in and starting a new game?  Are you using any other mods (names and versions please). Are they above or below the 3 MM8 files?
