The Dry Goods Supplier is a small trading post that attracts merchants bringing dry goods to trade.  Dry goods include a variety of items such as: Beeswax, Cloth, Cotton, Leather, Military Supplies, Pottery, Silk Cocoons, Silverware, Statues, Tobacco Leaf, Wool and so on.

All trading posts need to be built on water. If you build one on a lake, make sure the lake connects to the main river, either directly or via a stream that connects to the main river.  The Dry Goods Supplier does not satisfy the requirement of building a trading post to attract Nomads; you need to build a regular Trading Post.
