Bison are raised in a Pasture by a Herdsman. They produces Bison Meat and Leather for food or trade.  Bison also produce bonemeal for use at the Apothecary. There is also a butcher for their meat that produces sausages and meat cuts, as well as tallow for candles.  Their meat can make jerky at the Smokehouse.
