Hardtack

Hardtack is a dry biscuit or cracker which is inexpensive to make and can last for years if kept dry. It was often packed as food for sea voyages, military campaigns and land journeys.  To eat, it is often dunked in coffee or broth.






Hardtack is made by the Bakery using Flour and no other ingredients.
