A Frock Coat is a man’s knee length, usually double breasted, coat. They are warmer than Wool or Hide coats.
The Clothier (An upgrade to the Tailor) and the Tailoring Company makes Frock Coats from Cloth + Leather. They may also be purchased from the Seamstress Guild.
