There are two layouts for Orchards. Both have one space between each horizontal row of trees. The standard Orchard has two spaces between each tree in a row ( X
 - - X
- - X
) and the Dense Orchard has only 1 space between each tree ( X
- X
- X
). Orchards can be any size you want up to 30 x 30.

It takes approximately 4 years for Orchards to start producing food from the time they are planted. After several years, individual trees will start to decline and be replanted by the Farmer. Orchards grow well in all climates.
