There is a Large Windmill and a Small Windmill. Both produce Flour by grinding any of the following crops: Wheat, Corn, Barley, Sorghum, Oats and Rye. Flour is used in combination with other products in the Bakery to make high value foods like Bread.  While the Large Windmill is more expensive to build, it produces more Flour in the same time.
