Town Abodes are basic houses that have several levels of upgrades available. Because it is narrower than most houses, it can fit in spaces others can't. They use less fuel than Wood Houses, but aren't as fuel efficient as Stone Houses.

Town Abodes have several variations; use the “F” key to choose the one you want to use.

Town Abodes may be upgraded to a Townhouse, Nice Townhouse or Fancy Townhouse.
