The Quay Dry Storage is a barn that holds all types of dry goods that is meant to be built on the shore of a lake or river.
- Stores: All Dry Goods such as cotton, leather, wool, feathers, flax, tobacco leaf and so on.
- Size: 5 by 2 on shore, plus another 5 x 3 reach over the water (total 5 by 5)
- Construction Requirements: 10 Logs, 20 Stone and 30 Lumber plus 90 Work. Must be built on a shore.
