Rope Making in Red Desert

Running 1.6.2.




I ran a town in the plains, had ropes being made.  Started a new town in the red desert, and have tried to make ropes with hemp and reeds, they do not show up in inventory.  Ropery shows hemp or reeds in internal stores, and acts like it is making rope - slashed circle icon shows up when internal stores are low, goes away when deliveries are made.  Room in my storage barns nearby for storage.  But my Colonial Hall shows no ropes, not even a placeholder for Rope.




Any ideas?

Are you sure you actually have enough hemp or reeds to make rope? You need 100-150 resources (depending on which item you choose) in your Ropery to make Rope.
