Chickens are raised in Pastures by a Herdsman. They lay Eggs until they get butchered for meat, bonemeal, and Feathers. Starting with <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> 1.6,




Chickens lay eggs faster than Leghorns, but Leghorns reproduce slightly faster.


  •         Purchase Price:  400

  •         Pasture Space:  6 squares per Chicken; for example an 8 x 8 pasture will hold 10 Chickens
