Sugar Cane may be grown in a Plantation by a Farmer, using seeds obtained from a Merchant. By growing it in a Plantation, the harvest will count toward your Dry Goods Limit. (You can plant Sugar Cane in a regular Crop Field, but then the harvest will count toward your Food Limit.)

Sugar Cane has several uses:

• <li style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">
  It is used by the Bundling Shed to make Fire Bundles.
  </li>
  <li style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">
  The Sugar House can use Sugar Cane to make Sugar (refined).
  </li>
  <li style="margin:0in 0in .0001pt .5in;">
  Sugar Cane + Glassware + Furnace Fuel can be used by the Distillery to make Spirits. 
  </li>
