The One Room Schoolhouse is used to educate the settlement's children. Up to 25 students can attend this school. To educate more children, it can be upgraded to a Country School and then to a Farmer's College. Use the "F" key to choose the school with or without a fence.
Upgrading a school will kick out all the children studying there, turning them into uneducated workers, no matter how many years they've already attended school.
