L2 Urban House: This is the level 2 / second-floor house of the Modular Buildings set, designed to let you build a 3rd level over its flat roof. It can be placed to the left or right side of any of the ground level constructions, including the L1 Urban House, the Urban Food Market or the Urban Bakery.
There are two variations for this house; use the “F” key to select the one you want to use.
If you know you only want to build two stories, you may want to use the L2 Urban House Cap which has a regular roof.
