The Conservatory is a small house addition to another building. It was designed to be built as a room addition to either a Family Townhouse or an Officer Townhouse, with roof styles that match. However, a Conservatory can also be attached to some other buildings, such as the Town Abode upgrades; with others, it may leave a gap of cut into the roof line.

There are two roof variations; use the “F” key to select the one you wish to use.
