The Colonial House is designed to fit snugly with the other Colonial houses as row houses. It can house a family of six in warmth and comfort. It requires some advanced building materials.




There are several variations to the Colonial houses; use the “F” key to select brick/stone look you want to use.


  • Family Size: 6

  • Building Size 5 by 5

  • Construction Requirements:  65 Stone, 2 Building Supplies, and 2 Homewares; Work: 70

  • Storage: 1400

  • Fuel Rating: 95

It can be upgraded to a Barber Surgeon (hospital) if desired.  The family living in the house will be made homeless by this upgrade.


  • To upgrade: 27 Stone, 21 Lumber, 30 Work.
