The Storage Cellars are designed to sit tight against the wall of a building and store a small amount of goods.
You can build Cellars to store Food, Fuel, Materials, Medicine, Tools, Clothing or Luxuries. There are several variations available (brick, wood, etc.); use the "F" key to choose the one you want.
