The Stone & Salt Mine is a surface mine that extracts stones and salt from the ground. Once the first level is exhausted, it can be upgraded into a Deep Stone & Salt Mine using logs and candles in order to gain access to more resources.
The basic Stone & Salt Mine will leave an abandoned building that can't be removed if destroyed directly (or a water-filled pit if the upgrade is interrupted mid-way and destroyed before being done), but if it has been upgraded, the land can be reclaimed after removal of the mine.
