The Forge can refine all raw ores into the metals used by the industry, including Bronze that can be used to make bronze tools and statues. It also creates cannons, joists and iron statues by pouring molten iron into molds.
This building goes on land; if you prefer a building with a waterwheel that goes on a shore, use the Foundry.
Coal for joists or Furnace Fuel for cannons and statues is also required.
