The Deeper Iron & Coal Mine is the upgrade to the Deep Iron & Coal Mine and requires some lamp oil to build. It is the final stage of the Iron & Coal mine and since your stonecutters are well equipped with those oil lamps, they will never run out of resources to mine.
A Deeper Iron & Coal Mine can be destroyed and the land reclaimed.
