A Dock Home provides a place for a family of up to 5 people to live in warmth and comfort. It can be upgraded into a Dock Residence for more living space and better comfort & warmth.
There are two variations for this house; use the “F” key to select the one you want to use.

- Building Size: 4 by 3
- Construction Requirements: 38 Logs and 50 work. May be built as part of your dock town, on a shore or on land.

- Fuel Rating: 90
- To upgrade: 60 log, 27 rope, 62 work
