A survival food that can last for months or even longer without refrigeration. Originally it was prepared by Native American tribes. Pemmican is made from dried meat that has been pounded into a powder, then mixed with hot fat and dried some more.
Ours is made by the Smokehouse from Venison Cuts plus Logs and a Barrel for storage.
