Pineapple
#1

A large juicy tropical fruit with a cylindrical shape, topped with a tuft of stiff leaves.  The name comes from the fact that the fruit looks like an unopened pinecone.  Pineapples don't continue to ripen once they are picked. The best way to tell if a pineapple is ripe is to smell its bottom - if it doesn't smell like pineapple, it isn't ripe.

Pineapples can be purchased from a merchant.
