Rum is an alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts, such as molasses, or directly from sugarcane juice. Rum was popular in Colonial America and was originally produced in the Caribbean. British sailors were given a ration of watered down rum, called “grog”.
Rum can be obtained through trade. It must be stored at a Tavern, Inn and Garden or Coffee House to be consumed by your citizens.
