A malt or grain whisky made in Scotland following a manner specified by law. It is made from malted barley, wheat or rye. All Scotch whisky must be aged in oak barrels for at least three years.
Scotch may be purchased from a merchant. It must be stored at a Tavern, Inn and Garden, or Coffee House to be consumed by your citizens.
