Kernels
#1

Kernels are Sunflower seeds without the shell.  Sunflowers are an annual plant with big, daisylike flowers that have bright yellow petals. The brown centers ripen into heavy heads filled with seeds. Many types of Sunflowers grow over six feet tall. They are one of the few crops that originated in North America. Young Sunflowers tilt to face the sun during the day, giving the plant their name.

Sunflowers can be grown in a Crop Field using seeds purchased from a merchant.

Kernels are one of the items that can be used by the Oil Press to make Seed Oil.
