Tulips are spring-blooming perennials grown from bulbs. The petals of the large cup-shaped flowers may be eaten. Some have a mild bean-like taste and others taste like lettuce. Apparently some people are allergic to them, so keep that in mind if you decide to try one.
Tulips can be grown in a Crop Field from seeds (actually bulbs) obtained from a trader.
