You can't really check the values used in other mods. There's no way to unpack a pkm and peek inside.
But you're in luck. <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> doesn't alter that section at all. So nothing you do to that section would be overwriting <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> at all.
