HELP!!! Villagers Walking 'in' Water Again

Do you have roads on the squares right at the foot of those bridges to make sure no tree sappling groes there (their first stage of growth is almost invisible)?
Can you try using the pathing tool to see if there's an issue somewhere near the bridges? Like a building that's too close and modified slightly the elevation of the terrain in the area?

And does it still happen on regular normal bridges, or only when you have 2 bridges built side by side like in your recent screenshot?

Edit: As a side note, you should get rid of Better Harvesting. The "collect by laborers" function is included in CC so you don't need it, and on top of that it's a mod touching AI behavior that was made for the previous version of the game. There's been some small changes there and a few of those mods touching how people work/live/age have had issues and had to be remade for the last version of Banished. The old 1 year is 1 year for example modified something about acceptable walking distances and ended up causing random crashes. It's not impossible that this harvesting mod would slightly mess something up in a very subtle way because just a line has changed in the workers AI in the game itself.

In theory it's a mod that you should be able to disable mid-game if you do it carefully:
Save your game.
Disable the mod from inside your town's game menu. (If it crashes then, you're out of luck, you'll have to start a new town without it or keep your current town with the mod.)
Make a fresh new save (keep the old one safe just in case).
Exit the game entirely.
Relaunch the game, go to the mod menu before opening your town. Disable the mod there toon exit the menu, confirm the changes, exit Banished entirely.
Relaunch Banished and open your save without Harvesting.
Wait a couple of years and see if people start walking normally again.
I've tried to replace it with other type of bridge (and including using "dock bridge puzzle") but ineffective.
It should be no any sapling on the outmost of the bridge because it was "walkable" for 300 seasons already.
I've destroyed the twins bridge and rebuilt one of it but the problem still here.

Some bridges in the game are still "walkable" but some are not.
*Just discover that there is one more bridge in the later save suffering this weird problem
