How to CC Translation

I want to make a <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> translation mod.

But I don't know resource names added by <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> in StringTable and other files.

Where can I download <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> source code?

Or how can I unpack <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> pkm file?
