Cannot download MM8.01 (a.k.a. site limits?)

I expected the "file is too big to scan" message; I've dealt with that before, no problem.
But this is the message I got:

"Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time.

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator."

and the tab title said "quota exceeded"

I was not expecting that... this site has been pretty quiet, right? especially since the transfer from the previous hosting service? i would not have thought "too many downloads recently" was an issue, lol.

are there other links to MM8.01...?

Always getting that error too. That's why I'm still on MM 7 from the steam workshop.

Hoping someone will share the file other than GD.

That is odd. I'm not getting any error (except the "too big to scan" warning that can be dismissed). I'll ask Kralyerg to have a look.
