Looking for Happiness/Unhappiness Radius Mod

Although I have already posted in CC discussion section, maybe posting in mod section is better.

I am trying to play banished with CC + Happiness Radius mod + Unhappiness Radius mod.

But I cannot find these 2 mods anywhere.

Are they available somewhere?
