Not sure why this is happening. It looks like you are still using Banished 1.0.6; you need to use Banished 1.0.7 beta with <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> 1.75.  If you are also using MegaMod, you need to use the Compatibility Mod too in this order (you might already be doing this):


  • 1.0.7 Compatibility Mod

  • <abbr title="Colonial Charter">CC</abbr> 1.75

  • <abbr title="MegaMod">MM</abbr> .07

  • <abbr title="MegaMod">MM</abbr> .07 Deco

oh, I did not realise steam was not updating my game to the newest beta, now it seems working. thanks
