I don't think "Worker" is being used in Colonial Charter right now, it's sort of a place holder. There's a Dock Worker who does a variety of jobs at buildings that are part of the Dock Themed Set.

Kralyerg pointed out that your question is posted under "General MegaMod Discussion" not Colonial Charter. If you are playing with MegaMod, there are numerous mods included that use "Worker" as their profession. Unfortunately I don't have a list of those.

Found that one place the workers are employed is at drinkable water wells.
