100 nomades?! - Angelhearth - 02-12-2021
Is 100 nomades a thing MegaMods does, or is it the game? I just had to let them die of starvation until the population got down to a reasonable level again. Before I invited the nomades I had just built enough homes to cater to all the inhabitants, and I had room in inns for 4x4 families. Then in comes 100 new citizens, my food surplus vanishes in half a year, and I have no intention of alleviate the problem, 100 is just too many.

In general the number of nomads that shows up depends on how large your town is. So the bigger it gets, the more overwhelming nomads will be if you accept them when they arrive.
There are some mods that let you pick the amount of nomads: 1%, 2%, 10%, etc etc of your population. Even a 100% option which is hilarious and pretty deadly.

Cheating, sure, but hell.

Banished is about having fun, the way you decide to have fun is yours. The Debug tool might feel cheaty but it's just a tool to make things the way you want them in your own game
