Town Arrival - estherhb - 12-16-2016
Town halls provide information that's essential to managing a town, unfortunately it requires a good amount of resources to build. Now there's the Town Arrival so you can access this information early on. It's inexpensive to build but provides all of the information that a Town Hall does. It does not attract nomads in the settlement.
